In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the winp Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the winp Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the winp Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain a winp account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and where winp is permitted to offer its services.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of winp, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the winp Platform or had a winp account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not included on any government-issued list of prohibited or restricted persons in relation to gaming activities.

winp reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the player relationship. Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements will result in account suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds, and, where applicable, return of deposited funds net of any amounts already withdrawn.

To participate in real-money gaming on winp, you must complete the registration process and create a single account. The following conditions apply to all winp accounts:

• One account per person: Each player may hold only one winp account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Notification of changes: You must promptly notify winp of any changes to your registered information, including changes to your address, contact number, or payment method details.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: winp is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence) and, where required, proof of address and source of funds documentation. winp reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage of the player relationship.

winp supports the following payment methods for Philippine Peso (₱) transactions: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All transactions on the winp Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits are credited to your winp account in real time for GCash and PayMaya, and within standard banking hours for bank transfer methods.
• winp does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• winp reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

winp offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification on the winp Platform.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• winp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.
• Players who winp reasonably believes are abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of technical errors — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.

All bets placed on the winp Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or event in question, as published on the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all winp products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. winp does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• winp uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. RNG systems are independently audited for fairness and compliance.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, winp reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. winp's decision in such matters is final.
• winp reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that were published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure.
• For sports betting, winp follows standard industry rules for event postponements, abandonments, and walkovers. Specific rules are published in the sports betting section of the Platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and events. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market and may vary by player account tier.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winp Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted by winp.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing winp staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

winp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your winp account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the winp Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts; any such accounts will be closed and funds returned.

All content on the winp Platform — including but not limited to the winp name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of winp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winp Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any winp content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the operation of the Platform.
• Use the winp name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of winp intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winp's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winp shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from interruption of service due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond winp's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude winp's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the winp Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through the following process:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact winp's customer support team in the first instance. winp aims to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved informally, you may submit a formal written complaint to winp. winp will acknowledge formal complaints within two (2) business days and provide a final response within fifteen (15) business days.
3. Regulatory Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following winp's final response, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints procedures.
4. Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

winp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, winp will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the winp Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
